CLUTCH LEVER DEPRESSED AND ENGAGED THROTTLE SUDDENLY WENT UP IN AIR AND RIDER WAS THROWN FROM VEHICLE. CLUTCH CABLE HAD SNAPPED. YAMAHA COMPANY STATED UNLESS CONSUMER AGREED THAT THIS HAPPENED DUE TO RIDER INEXPERIENCE THEY WOULD NOT HONOR WARRANTY. REPORTED BY MIKE JONES. *AK CONSUMER STATED AFTER FAXING A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INCIDENT, THE MANUFACTURER AGREED TO REPAIR THE BIKE AS A GOOD WILL.*JB *SCC
