AN INCORRECT NUMBER OF BOLTS WAS USED TO FASTEN THE REAR AXLE TO THE FRAME RAILS.
Consequence: THIS COULD ALLOW THE SPRING HANGER TO BECOME DETACHEDFROM THE RAILS AND CAUSE THE REAR AXLE TO SEPARATE FROM THE MOTORHOME, CAUSINGLOSS OF CONTROL WHICH MAY RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy: INSTALL THE CORRECT NUMBER OF FASTENING BOLTS.

DUE TO CONTACT OF THE METAL SLIDE OF THE LOWER DRAWER IN THE BEDROOM CLOSET WITH A 110-VOLT WIRE FROM THE ELECTRICAL CONVERTER, INSULATION MAY BE STRIPPED FROM THE WIRE.
Consequence: A SHORT COULD DEVELOP AND RESULT IN A FIRE.
Remedy: REPAIR TO ELIMINATE CONTACT WITH WIRE FROM ELECTRICAL CONVERTER.
