RUNAWAY FORD V-10 ENGINE IN A 2010 WINNEBAGO OUTLOOK RV INCIDENT # 1 - 21 MAY 2011 - CANON FALLS MN WE WERE ON OUR WAY BACK ON HWY52 COMING TO A STOP LIGHT IN CANON FALLS AND I WAS SLOWING DOWN FROM REGULAR HWY SPEEDS 60-65MPH. I DIDN'T NOTICE ANYTHING DIFFERENT UNTIL I WAS GOING AROUND 10-15 MPH. SIX MORE INCIDENTS OF ENGINE ACCELERATION - NOW A TOTAL OF EIGHT 28 DEC 2011WATERLOO, IA 1:13 PM @ 5548 MILES. AFTER COMING TO A STOP AND PLACING SHIFT LEVER IN PARK, ENGINE SPED UP TO 2800 RPM THEN BACK TO IDLE. DURATION 2 TO 3 SECONDS. 4 JAN 2012 SOUTH OF WACO, TX GOING SOUTH ON I-35 NEAR EXIT 320 @ 1:10 PM WITH 6780 MILES ON ODOMETER.
