I HAVE HAD TWO BLOWOUTS ON MY 2014 PULL TRAILER ATTRIBUTED TO LIONS HEAD ST 225/75 R15 TIRES, SERIAL NUMBER 1KMM18A2813. THESE TIRES WERE ON THE TRAILER WHEN I PURCHASED IT NEW IN DECEMBER 2014.ONE BLOWOUT OCCURRED WHILE UNDER TOW AND THE OTHER BLOW OUT HAPPENED WHILE MOUNTED ON THE SPARE TIRE RACK AT THE BACK OF THE TRAILER. THIS TIRE HAS NEVER BEEN USED. THE BLOWOUT DATE WHILE UNDER TOW WAS REPORTED MAY 16, 2016. THE LATEST INCIDENT WAS FEBRUARY 17, 2018. THIS IS, IN MY OPINION, A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE.

14V016000 · Latches/Locks/Linkages
Reported: 2014-01-27 (January 27, 2014)
Winnebago of Indiana, LLC (Winnebago) is recalling certain model year 2011-2014 Sunnybrook Bristol Bay, Brookside, Edgewater, Harmony, Raven, Remington, Sunset Creek, and Titan, model year 2012-2013 Winnebago Lite Five and ONE, and model year 2013-2014 Winnebago Ultralite and Minnie trailers and fifth wheels, equipped with Fastec-brand door locks. It may be possible to remove the key from the lock in a way that potentially jams the deadbolt.
Consequence: If the deadbolt jams, the interior side of the door lock may also jam. A person inside the travel trailer at the time will then be locked in and be unable to exit the vehicle without using the emergency exit, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Winnebago will notify owners, and Fastec will coordinate the inspection and replacement of the cylinders, as needed, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule. Owners may contact Winnebago at 1-574-825-5250 ,or Fastec at 1-800-837-2505. Winnebago's number for this recall is LOC12414.
