Purchased brand new 2022 Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108DS on 6/14/2022. Take it on first camping trip on 6/18/2022. Slide mechanism breaks and pulls slide frame away from side of camper. Slide is stuck partially out. Cut leg due to slide failure. Winnebago customer service is useless and says it’s on us to fix and up to them if they will reimburse! This needs to be addressed ASAP before someone gets seriously injured.

Spare tire carrier with stare tire sustained metal fatigue and the metal of the carrier bracket tore allowing tire to almost fall off onto highway. Fortunately, a semi driver flagged me pointing to the back of the trailer as he passed me. I had purchased gas 40 miles earlier and there was no identifiable problem. The tire was just barely above the surface of the road when I stopped. I made dealer aware of this that day (May 2nd). They said they reported to Winnebago. The contact owns a 2022 Winnebago Micro Minnie RV. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 23V270000 (Structure) and 23V311000 (Structure); however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The local dealer and other unknown dealers were contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.

The travel trailer comes with the FLX package, which consists of a lithium battery from Lithionics, and utilize an inverter and a solar panel system to charge this battery. On April 27th, the trailer was removed from indoor storage, during storage the trailer was stored per Winnebago's instruction, when the trailer is turned on as per instruction, the inverter caught on fire while I was inside. The contact owns a 2022 Winnebago Micro Minnie. The contact stated that when the stove was turned off, the LED lights were flashing occasionally. The contact called the local dealer, but the RV was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacture was contacted but no assistance was provided. The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V054000 (Equipment). The failure mileage was unknown.

Reported: 2022-03-15 (March 15, 2022)
Winnebago Towable (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2022 Winnebago Micro Minnie, Minnie, and Voyage travel trailers. The coupler was improperly welded, which may cause the trailer to separate from the tow vehicle.
Consequence: Trailer separation from the tow vehicle can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the coupler, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 20, 2022. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-574-825-5280 ext. 5220.

Winnebago Towable (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Winnebago Voyage, and Micro Minnie FLX travel trailers. The quick disconnect fittings in the LP gas system may be cracked, causing a gas leak.
Consequence: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the quick disconnect fittings, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 24, 2022. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-574-825-5280 ext. 5220. Winnebago's number for this recall is CAM0000023.

Winnebago Towable (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Micro Minnie travel trailers. The spare tire carrier may fail when loaded with a certain off-road style tire.
Consequence: A spare tire carrier that fails can detach from the vehicle and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the spare tire carrier, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 2, 2023. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-574-825-5280 ext. 5220. Winnebago's number for this recall is CAM0000029.

Winnebago Towable (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2022 Micro Minnie travel trailers. The solar panel mounting hardware may loosen, which can cause the solar panel to detach from the vehicle.
Consequence: A detached solar panel can become a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will install adhesive tape between the solar panel and mounting bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 9, 2023. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-574-825-5280 ext. 5220. Winnebago's number for this recall is CAM0000030.

Winnebago Towable (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Micro Minnie, Micro Minnie FLX, Hike 200, and Minnie travel trailers. The LED backlight circuit board in the cooktop range may fail, causing the board to overheat.
Consequence: A circuit board that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the cooktop control panel, free of cahrge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 6, 2024. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-574-825-5280 ext. 5220. Winnebago's number for this recall is CAM0000035. This recall is superseded by NHTSA recall 24V-285.
