THE FRONT BRAKE PAD(S) WHEN WORN COULD FALL OUT OF THE BRAKE CARRIER/ASSEMBLY, POSSIBLY CAUSING A CATASTROPHIC BRAKE FAILURE. OEM IS AWARE, HAS A TECH BULLETIN AND YOUTUBE VIDEO ON HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO FORMAL NOTIFICATION TO OWNER AND OEM HAS DECLINED TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM AT NO COST. THIS SPECIALTY VEHICLE IS USED BY MANY POLICE DEPARTMENTS, PARKING ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND OTHER PUBLIC ENTITIES ACROSS THE NATION.
