THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE FEELS THAT THE DASHBOARD GIVES OFF EXCESSIVE GLARE DURING DAYLIGHT CONDITIONS, CREATING DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. DEALER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED AND HAS CONSISTENTLY EXPRESSED NO DESIRE TO HELP THE OWNER WITH A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE.
