I was driving my Vinfast I was approaching a intersection when the vehicle throws a gear error code. My Vehicle shut down and turned off immediately while I was still moving. I restarted my car but was unable to get it to go in gear. I was in a busy intersection for 2 hours waiting for Vinfast to get a tow truck to get my car towed. Since then, the dealership told me they are under order from Vinfast to hold my car and any other Vinfast that come in the shop with this newest update because of safety censers. The contact leased a 2024 Vinfast VF 9. The contact stated that while driving at night, the headlights failed to function as intended. No warning lights were illuminated, but the alarms sounded. The daytime running lights functioned, but the headlights were inoperable. The contact stated that the Lane Assist failed to function while the headlights failed to operate.
