I HAD PURCHASED A USED 2011 VESPA 150 LXIE ON 4/1/14. AFTER I MADE A TRIP TO MY LOCAL MARKET I WENT TO START MY BIKE ON 4/15/14 AND MY SCOOTER WOULD NOT START. I HAD SOME BIG CONCERNS AND I CALLED MY LOCAL VESPA DEALER WHO IS AN AUTHORIZED VESPA DEALER AND TOLD THEM ABOUT MY PROBLEM STARTING THE BIKE AND THEY SAID FOR ME TO GIVE ME THE VIN NUMBER AND THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT USA VESPA/PIAGGIO HAD ISSUED A VOLUNTARY RECALL FOR FUEL PUMPS PRODUCED THAT YEAR FOR MY BIKE. I AM HAPPY THAT THE COMPANY ISSUED A VOLUNTARY RECALL BUT I STILL THINK THE …
