2006 VENTO PHANTOM 4RI SCOOTER SCOOTER HAD ABOUT 600 MILES ON IT (PRACTICALLY BRAND NEW). SUMMARY: ------------------ REAR AXLE NUT CAME OFF ON IT'S OWN BOTH REAR VIEW MIRRORS VIBRATE SO MUCH THAT YOU CANNOT SEE BEHIND YOU WHEN DRIVING FASTER THAN 25 MPH FRONT HEADLIGHT BULBS ARE PRONE TO BURN OUT (28 WATT BULB). BULB IS NOT AVAILABLE IN STORES OR IN MANUFACTURER FOR REPLACEMENT, HARD TO GET PARTS. TOOK TO DEALER FOR FIRST MAINTENANCE SERVICE, DEALER INSPECTED REAR AXLE AND FOUND REAR AXLE NUT WAS MISSING.
