Started getting messages that trailer brake gain was not recalled on the dash display. The NAV display continued to show no connection errors. The problem escalated to a turn signal failure. The left turn signal flashed and sounded an alarm when changing lanes. The nav display did indicate a turn signal connection error. I tried moving the 7 pin trailer cable to another connector and the brake gain warnings continued. My tow vehicle is a GMC Sierra 3500HD Denali. Size: 215/75R17.5 Load Range: H 16 PR RV Weight: 14,380 Traveling north on [XXX] Hayden AL. Tread separated from tire casting causing $2500 damage to RV + $2000 to replace all tires minus Westlake refund of ~$130 for defective tire. The contact owns a 2022 Vanleigh Vilano. The contact stated that the cabinets had separated from the wall and struck the rim, and the refrigerator separated and fell into the aisle while driving. The contact stated that the refrigerator power inverter had failed and almost caught on fire. The contact stated that the shelf separated and fractured the curtain valance. 21V355000 · Equipment:Recreational Vehicle/Trailer:Lpg Systems:Water Heater

Reported: 2021-05-14 (May 14, 2021)

VanLeigh RV (VanLeigh) is recalling certain 2019-2021 Beacon and 2019-2022 Vilano coaches. The water heater housing may not have been properly sealed, allowing gas to enter the coach.

Consequence: Gas inside the coach increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will install a grommet ensuring the sleeve is facing out and use zip-ties to secure the sleeves to the gas line, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed July 9, 2021. Owners may contact VanLeigh customer service at 1-662-612-4040.

22V555000 · Equipment:Recreational Vehicle/Trailer

Reported: 2022-07-29 (July 29, 2022)

VLRV, LLC (Vanleigh RV) is recalling certain 2022 Beacon and Vilano travel trailers. The electric retractable awning has a welded seam on the fabric that may separate, potentially allowing the awning to drop beyond normal operation.

Consequence: An awning that drops or extends beyond normal operation can increase the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect, and if necessary replace the awning, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 18, 2022. Owners may contact Vanleigh RV customer service at 1-662-612-4040. Vanleigh RV's number for this recall is VL-105.
