Good morning and thank you for providing an online form for issues with motor vehicles. The vehicle in question is a new motorcycle. I have found that I am often tailgated or followed closely by other motor vehicles on local roads and the interstate. I drive at, or near, the speed limit at these times. While no crashes have occurred, this problem has always occurred with this vehicle. I note that all the rear lights work (driving and brake lights).
