This motorcycle has a button controlled LED information display on the left handlebar. The buttons scroll through trip time, average MPG, instant MPG, odometer, trip distance, and range to empty. I need this information to ride safely. I have experienced a failure of this system whenever I have ridden approximately 50 miles or one hour. At that point, the display freezes on whichever element is currently displayed and cannot be changed. I was an hour from home when this first happened and needed to ride home with only the odometer display…
