Owner report 10239167 ยท 2008-08-21 (August 21, 2008)
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 TRACKER MARINE TAHOE TRAILER (NA). THE TRAILER WAS PARKED ON THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD. THE PASSENGER SIDE WHEELS WERE LEVEL TO THE GROUND AND THE DRIVER'S SIDE WHEELS WERE PLANTED ON A SLOPE. OVER TIME, THE WEIGHT OF THE TRAILER ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE CAUSED THE REAR AXLE TO BEND. AS A RESULT, ONE OF THE TIRES BLEW OUT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS UNABLE TO ASSIST. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE CONTACT WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR COSTS. THE TRAILER HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MILEAGES WERE NOT APPLICABLE.
