Owner report 11075694 · 2018-03-01 (March 1, 2018)

ALL LAND CRUISERS COME STANDARD WITH TV SCREENS ATTACHED TO THE FRONT SEAT HEAD RESTS. WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS FACIAL/HEAD INJURIES IN OUR FAMILY DUE TO THE MOUNTING POSITION. WE'VE TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE LOCAL TOYOTA DEALERSHIP TO GET THE MONITORS REMOVED BUT WERE TOLD THEY'D HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE SEAT. IF WE WERE IN AN ACCIDENT THE BACKSEAT PASSENGERS FACE WOULD HIT THE MONITOR. NO DOUBT ABOUT IT.

I took my 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser for service at Victory Toyota of Canton Michigan on the 24th. While driving the vehicle i started to hear noise from the rear wheel and it continued to get worse. I had someone look into it and every tire on the vehicle had lug nuts loss to the point that you can move them with your hand. This really demonstrate lack concern to human safety and life. My family and I could been killed or seriously harmed from the carelessness of the dealer. This is not the first time this happened and one time we had 4 lug nuts…
