CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL LETTER FROM THE MANUFACTURER ON THE SAMSUN MICROWAVE OVEN MODEL MR5493G01 IN OCTOBER. CONSUMER CALLED SEVERAL PHONE NUMBERS, ONE OF THEM WAS [phone removed]. THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE INDICATED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE A TECHNICIAN AVAILABLE. CONSUMER WAS TOLD TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO THE SITE, AND PROMISED TO CALL CONSUMER WHEN VEHICLE WAS READY.*AK

WHEN FILLING GASOLINE, CONSIDERABLE QUANTITY OF GASOLINE IS PUSHED BACK UP THE SPOUT POURING ON THE GROUND DUE TO THE GAS TANK FILLER PIPE THAT WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. YH
