Purchased October 8 2022. Vehicle is a 2023 Thor Gemini 24KB on a 2022 Ford chassis. Vehicle has been in for repair of these items for over 30 days. Vehicle warning light notifications - Antilock Brake Fault Hill Start Assist Warning Pre-collision Assist Not Available Adaptive Cruise Control Not Available All Wheel Drive Not Available. It was viewed by Ford technicians. It is stated by Ford technicians the vehicle is not safe to operate. Problem first appeared November 2022.

The contact owns a 2023 Thor Motor Coach Gemini. The contact stated that the wire connecting the solenoid to the generator was burned. The solenoid was making a cranking sound while turned off. The contact stated that the head bolts had fractured and detached on the side awning rails on both sides. The skylight window was leaking water into the cabin of the camper. The contact stated that there was a warning informing the contact that the motorhome was due for an oil change that occurred earlier than expected. The contact received notification …

Reported: 2022-05-05 (May 5, 2022)

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2022 Scope, Tellaro, Sanctuary, Delano, Sequence, Tranquility, Rize, Synergy, Quantum, Magnitude, Geneva, Compass, Chateau, Four Winds, and 2022-2023 Tiburon, and Gemini vehicles. The quick disconnect fittings in the LP gas system may be cracked, causing a gas leak.

Consequence: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the quick disconnect fittings, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 27, 2022. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867.

25V097000 · Structure:Critical Fasteners | Equipment:Electrical:Accessory Generator:Solar Panel

Reported: 2025-02-17 (February 17, 2025)

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2023 Gemini and Compass motorhomes. Washers were not installed with the roof mounting brackets.

Consequence: Without washers, the solar panel can detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and install washers on the mounting brackets as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 26, 2025. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000322.
