DURING MY PLASMA DONATION AT CSL PLASMA A PROBLEMIST ENCOURAGED ME TO GET A SCOOTER THIS SCOOTER WAS/IS A 150CC SCOOTER. SHE MENTIONED THAT I WOULDN'T NEED A MOTORCYCLE LICENSES TO DRIVE THIS TYPE OF TRANSPORTATION. I'M A U.S. MERCHANT MARINER THAT HAD TROUBLE IN SCHOOL IN PINEY POINT MARYLAND, ALTHOUGH I HAD TROUBLE IN SCHOOL I ENDED UP GETTING A TRADE OUT OF THE DEAL. NOW, I AM A DISABLE INDIVIDUAL USING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, AND IT'S ALONG BUS ROUTES THAT GAVE ME TROUBLE OUT OF TOWN. PUBLIC BUSES PASSED ME UP AS IF THEY WERE TAXI'S AND OTHE…
