Owner report 10888438 ยท 2016-07-25 (July 25, 2016)

THE TAIL LIGHT OF THIS MOTOR SCOOTER DOES NOT STAY LIT, OPERATING INTERMITTENTLY WHEN IN MOTION. THE LACK OF POWER TO THE BULB APPEARS TO BE DUE TO THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE TAIL LIGHT SOCKET. LACK OF THE ONLY RUNNING LAMP ON THE REAR OF THE SCOOTER MAKES IT UNSAFE TO OPERATE AT NIGHT. THE SCOOTER IS SOLD AS MEETING US DOT LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS. MY SCOOTER IS LICENSED BY THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSTRUCTED FOR ON-ROAD USE HAVING AN ENGINE OF NOT MORE THAN 50 CC DISPLACEMENT.
