2017 SSR BENELLI. CONSUMER WRITES SEEKING REIMBURSEMENT FOR VEHICLE DUE TO VARIOUS ISSUES WITH VEHICLE WHILE STILL UNDER WARRANTY. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE DEALER 3 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE DUE TO THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BEING ON, IT WAS SMOKING AND THE HEAT SHIELD WAS TOO HOT. THE HEAT SHIELD WAS REPLACED TWICE PRIOR TO THE VEHICLE CATCHING FIRE. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED TO BE REIMBURSED PLUS INTEREST FOR THE VEHICLE.*JS

The contact owns a 2021 Benelli TNT 135 Motorcycle. The contact stated while riding at an undisclosed speed, the contact was made aware by another vehicle that the rear turn signals were not illuminated while making turns on the motorcycle. The contact called the local dealer about the failure on the motorcycle but was informed they had no answers why the rear turn signals would not illuminate when the turn signals were activated.
