TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 POLARIS SPORTSMAN 500 X2 DELUXE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH AND BACKING OFF OF THE THROTTLE, THE VEHICLE BEGAN PULLING TO THE RIGHT. THE CONTACT EXERTED EXTREME FORCE TO GAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE INTERNAL PARTS OF THE ACTIVE DECENT CONTROL (ADC), STEERING, AND GEARS FAILED. THE FRONT AND REAR DIFFERENTIALS NORMALLY WORK TOGETHER TO SLOW DOWN THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE'S SIX MONTH WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,449 AND CURRENT MILEAGE IS 1.540. DEFECTIVE FRAME OR UN-SAFE DEDSIGN ON A 2007 CLASSIC RIDLEY MOTORCYCLE. THE FRAME SPLIT CAUSING THE FRONT TRIPLE TREE OF THE MOTORCYCLE TO SEPERATE AND BIKE COLAPSE. THE MOTORCYCLE HAS APROXIMATELY 9000 MILES OF USE AND HAS NEVER BEEN WRECKED. THERE HAS BEEN NO OFF ROAD TRAVEL ALL MILES WERE ON PAVED ROADS. THERE HAS BEEN NO MODIFICATION TO MOTORCYCLE AND ALL MAINTAINENCE HAS BEEN DONE BY AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. I WAS RIDING THE MOTORCYCLE AND AT A POINT I FELT THE HANDLEBARS APPEAR TO BE LOOSE.
