TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 SKYLINE SCOUT 273. THE VEHICLE HAS A DOMETIC REFRIGERATOR, MODEL RM2652. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REFRIGERATOR STOPPED FUNCTIONING. HE TOOK IT APART TO INSPECT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE AND DISCOVERED A LEAK. THE LEAK APPEARED TO BE IN THE SAME LOCATION AS THE FATIGUE CRACK REFERENCED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 08E032000 (EQUIPMENT). HE LATER RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR THIS FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS TO THE BURNER HOUSING UNTIL OTHER REPAIRS WERE MADE. THE PURCHASE DATE AND PART …
