I PURCHASED A NEW 2014 SHASTA FRST IN FALL OF 2013 FROM CAMPING WORLD IN EDMOND OKLAHOMA, VIN [XXX]. I DISCOVERED MAJOR DELAMINATION ON THE REAR OF MY CAMPER ON 6 OCTOBER 2016. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED SHASTA TO REPORT THE PROBLEM. [XXX]. INSTRUCTED ME TO TAKE THE UNIT TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR INSPECTION AND TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE UNIT TO SEND TO SHASTA, WHICH I DID. CAMPING WORLD INSPECTED THE UNIT AND SENT PICTURES TO [XXX]. . . STATED INITIALLY THE UNIT WAS NOT WARRANTIED AND SHASTA COULD NOT ASSIST AS THE ROOF SEALS WERE THE CAUSE OF THE …
