Owner report 10246965 · 2008-10-28 (October 28, 2008)
WE WERE TRAVELING DOWN I26 TO CHARLESTON, SC WHEN THE STEERING SEEMED TO BE PULLING TO THE LEFT. A TRUCK TOWING A CAR SIGNALED FOR ME TO PULL OVER. HE PULLED OVER ALSO AND LET ME KNOW I WAS TRAVELING DOWN THE ROAD CROOKED. I HAD ONE INCH OF CLEARANCE BETWEEN MY CURB REAR WHEEL AND THE BACK OF THE WHEEL WELL. I HAD A BROKEN TRAILING ARM. IF IT WOULD HAVE COLLAPSED I WOULD HAVE HAD A CATASTROPHIC ACCIDENT INJURING US AND OTHERS ON THE ROAD. THE PART WAS PARTIALLY BROKEN FOR SOME TIME DUE TO THE RUST ON THE BRAKE.*TR
