The contact owns a 2022 Quality Cargo Trailer Model 7X14TA. The contact stated while attempting to load a 300 lb. crate onto the trailer the ramp had failed. The contact indicates the crate was being pushed up the ramp using a pallet jack when the welding on the ramp broke causing the ramp to fall to the ground. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified. The contact was informed the remedy would be to re-weld the failed welds. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The failure mileage was 300

The contact owns a 2022 Quality Cargo Trailer. The contact stated while hauling the trailer, the front driver’s side of the roof detached from the trailer. The contact continued driving to his destination. The contact took the trailer to the local dealer, who took pictures of the failure and sent them to the manufacturer. The trailer was not repaired. The contact stated the trailer had been stationary since August 2022, and he noticed the roof support on the rear driver’s side door was also fractured. The manufacturer had been informed of the …
