Reported: 2025-07-09 (July 9, 2025)
Prevost Car (US) Inc. (Prevost) is recalling certain 2025 X3-45 and 2025-2026 H3-45 coach buses. The fasteners securing the passenger seat back or the seat belt may be loose.
Consequence: An unsecured seat back or seat belt may not properly restrain an occupant in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Prevost will inspect and tighten the fasteners as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 2, 2025. Owner may contact Prevost's customer service at 1-866-870-2046. Prevost's number for this recall is SR25-23.

Reported: 2026-02-19 (February 19, 2026)
Prevost Car (US) Inc. (Prevost) is recalling certain 2026 H3-45 and H3-45 VIP vehicles equipped with aftermarket exterior driver side mirrors. The mirror exhibits excessive play and may detach.
Consequence: A detached mirror can reduce the driver's visibility and become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Prevost will inspect and replace the mirror as necessary, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed by March 10, 2026. Owners will receive another notice once remedy becomes available. Owners may contact Prevost's customer service at 1-866-870-2046. Prevost's number for this recall is SR26-03. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning February 27, 2026.
