TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 RANGER POLARIS RZR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 12 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A POPPING SOUND UNDERNEATH THE FRAME. THE CONTACT WAS A MECHANIC AND INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE SHOCK FRACTURED. THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE SHOCK WAS REPLACED. AFTER THE REPAIR, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,400. *TR
