WHILE TRAVELING ON ICE AT 10 MPH VEHICLE KICKED INTO FOUR WHEEL DRIVE, CAUSING CONSUMER TO LOSE CONTROL AND SMASH INTO TWO RETAINING WALLS SINCE THERE WAS NO STEERING. CONSUMER HAD PREVIOUSLY SERVICED VEHICLE FOR A STRANGE NOISE AND GOING INTO FOUR WHEEL DRIVE ON ITS OWN.*AK..ALSO REPLACED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION PCM AND WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES. *AK

TRANSMISSION "FAILURE" IS A SHIFTING FAILURE. SHIFTING UP FROM 2ND TO 3RD GEAR REGULARLY DISENGAGES TO A NON-DRIVEN STATE, CAUSING AN UNSAFE DRIVING CONDITION. BIKE IS A REBUILD WITH MI-ASSIGNED VIN. DEALER ASSISTED WITH REBUILD AND DID A GREAT JOB. TRANNIE NEEDS A SAFETY RECALL FOR THE EARLY MODEL YEARS!
