THE PIAGGIO FLY 150 SCOOTER HAS A DESIGN FLAW. THE RUBBER BUFFER THAT SEPARATES THE CENTER STAND FROM THE ENGINE CASE IN THE UP POSITION IS TOO BIG. THIS CAUSE THE CENTER STAND TO SCRAPE/HIT THE GROUND WHEN CORNERING OR TRAVELLING OVER CURBS. WHEN THE CENTER STAND STRIKES THE GROUND, THE PIVOTING EFFECT COULD BE ENOUGH TO CAUSE THE REAR WHEEL TO LOSE FIRM CONTACT WITH THE PAVEMENT.
