VEHICLE'S STARTER WOULD NOT ENGAGE THE FLYWHEEL.*MR WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN HOME AND ON THE FIRST DAY THE CONSUMER NOTICED THAT THERE WAS NO MEASURABLE AMOUNT OF OIL IN IT. AFTER THE CONSUMER HAD THE VEHICLE FOR FOUR DAYS HE WAS THROWN TO THE PAVEMENT AND BROKE HIS SHOULDER. AFTER CAREFUL INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE, THE CONSUMER FOUND TWO NUTS ON THE FRONT AXEL HAD NEVER BEEN TIGHTENED. THE WHEEL WAS SO LOOSE, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE AT SPEEDS BETWEEN 5-15 MPH. THE CONSUMER HAD TO ORDER AN NEW STARTER BECAUSE THE DEALER …

DT: 2004 PANTERRA RETRO MOTOR SCOOTER BY BAJA MOTOR SPORTS. NO INDICATIONS WERE NOTICED PRIOR TO THIS PROBLEM. THE MOPED DOES NOT GO OVER 25 MPH, BUT IT IS RATED AS STREET LEGAL. WHEN DRIVING IT SHUTS ITSELF OFF. THE DEALER WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. ALSO, IT IS NOT PUT TOGETHER CORRECTLY. IT IS VERY UNSAFE.*AK

DT: THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 PANTERRA SRG-29. THIS IS A MOTOR SCOOTER. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE THE SCOOTER WAS PARKED IN THE GARAGE GASOLINE LEAKED OUT FROM SCOOTER ONTO THE GARAGE FLOOR. THERE WAS NO VALVE TO SHUT OFF THE GASOLINE FLOW FROM THE GASOLINE TANK TO THE CARBURETOR. THE CONSUMER HAS NOT CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER.*AK (11/04/05) THE MANUFACTURER IS OUT OF BUSINESS. *SC

DT: THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 PANT ERA FASHION. THE CONTACT HAD IT PLUGGED IN TO CHARGE IT UP THE CHARGER CAUGHT ON FIRE. THE CONTACT UNPLUGGED IT AND PUT THE FIRE OUT. THE CONTACT TRIED TO CONTACT PEP BOYS , AND THEY TOLD CONSUMER TO CONTACT BAHA MOTOR SPORT. THE CONTACT CONTACTED BAHA MOTOR SPORT, AND THEY GAVE HIM ANOTHER PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. THE TURN SIGNALS ON THE PANTERRA FUSION QUIT WORKING AS WELL AS THE BRAKE LIGHTS CONSTANTLY STAY ON WHILE IN OPERATION. I CONTACTED PEP BOYS WHERE THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT SERVICE THIS PRODUCT AND TO CONTACT BAJA MOTOR PRODUCTS WHICH BOUGHT PANTERRA . WHEN I CONTACTED BAJA THEY TOLD ME BECAUSE OF THE RECENT ACQUISITION THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE MANUALS AVAILABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH TO TROUBLE SHOOT THE PROBLEM. I HAD ALREADY TAKEN IT TO A LOCAL MOTORCYCLE/SCOOTER REPAIR SHOW AND THE OWNER MADE THE COMMENT THAT "BAJA…
