THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 PALOMINO COLUMBUS 383FB FIFTH WHEEL RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. WHILE STATIONARY, THE FRONT LANDING GEAR LEVELING JACKS OF THE RV GAVE OUT WITHOUT WARNING. THE TRAILER COLLAPSED ONTO THE GROUND. WANA RV IN SHIPSHEWANA, INDIANA WAS NOTIFIED, BUT COULD NOT DETERMINE THE SOURCE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE RV WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,000.
