TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE 3500 HITCHED WITH A 2017 PACIFIC COAST POWERLITE 3213 (NA). THE TRAILER WAS EQUIPPED WITH CASTLE ROCK RADIAL ST TIRES, SIZE: P235/80R/16 (NA). WHILE FUELING THE VEHICLE, AN EYEWITNESS OBSERVED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE REAR DRIVER SIDE TIRE HAD A BUBBLE. THE CONTACT CALLED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE (EMERGENCY ROAD SERVICE IN ELOY, ARIZONA) WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIRES WERE IMPROPERLY MOUNTED. AS A RESULT, AIR ENTERED THE TIRE AND CAUSED BEADS TO FORM. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD F-150 HAULING A 2016 PACIFIC COACHWORKS POWERLITE 24FBX (NA) TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER'S TIRE FRACTURED FROM THE TRAILER. THE TRAILER WAS SERVICED BY I-15 RV (11854 MARIPOSA RD, HESPERIA, CA 92345, [phone removed]). THE CONTACT WAS WAITING TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM THE MANUFACTURER TO DETERMINE IF THERE WAS A WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION FAILURE DUE TO A DISCREPANCY WITH THE STICKER PERTAINING TO SUPPORTING THE WHEELS OF THE TRAILER.
