OUR CARLISLE ST225/75R15 TIRES WERE PURCHASED WITH OUR TANDEM AXLE BOAT TRAILER IN 2009. SINCE THEN, WE HAVE TRAVELED AN ESTIMATED 2500 MILES ON THEM. WHEN IN STORAGE, WE KEPT THEM COVERED FROM THE SUN. THEY APPEARED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION, SHOWED LITTLE WEAR AND CERTAINLY THAT DIDN'T SHOW ANYTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY. THE TRAILER WAS ALWAYS TOWED AT OR LESS THAN 55 MPH AND LESS THAN THE AGGREGATE RATED TIRE WEIGHT RATING. LAST YEAR, WE EXPERIENCED OUR FIRST BLOW OUT.
