TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500 TOWING A 2019 (NA) PACE AMERICAN JOURNEY TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HANGERS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE TRAILER WERE NOT WELDED CORRECTLY. THE SPRINGS IN THE HANGERS WERE LOOSE AND WOULD NOT SUPPORT THE TRAILER PROPERLY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ONE OF THE BOLT FINDERS DETACHED AND STRUCK ANOTHER VEHICLE WHILE IN TRAFFIC. THE CONTACT TOOK THE TRAILER TO BIG TEX TRAILERS (502 S MIDWAY RD, CORDELE, GEORGIA 10315, [phone removed]), BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE TRAILER WAS NOT DIA…

I BOUGHT TRAILER IN FEBRUARY 2018 NEW, I LOST SIDE SCREWS EARLY ON AND CONTINUE, LOST PASSENGER SIDE FENDER AND HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE ON INTERSTATE, LIGHTS KEPT BLOWING FUSES, TRAILER FAILED VEHICLE INSPECTION IN SEPTEMBER, ENTIRE SUSPENSION REBUILT BUT PROBLEM WAS NEVER CORRECTED. ISSUE ACTUALLY IS THE WAY TRAILER AXLE HANGERS WERE WELDED TO FRAME AFTER TALKING TO AXLE SUPPLIER AND DISCOVERED AFTER THREE PRIVATE COMPANY INSPECTIONS. TRAILER WAS TAKEN BACK TO FACTORY ON DECEMBER 27TH 2018, HOWEVER MANUFACTURE DOESN'T CARE TO REPAIR STATES THEY DO…
