TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 PACE AMERICAN TRAILER WORKSPORT VMPA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HAULING A LAWN TRACTOR, WHICH WEIGHED APPROXIMATELY 500 POUNDS, THE VEHICLES FLOOR COLLAPSED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE TRAILER SPECIFICATIONS STATED THAT THE TRAILER COULD HAUL UP TO 2,000 POUNDS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER, WHO STATED THAT THE TRAILER WAS DEFECTIVE SINCE THE FLOOR WAS ONLY RATED TO ACTUALLY WITHSTAND 200 POUNDS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR EXPENSES. THE VEHIC…

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 PACE AMERICA WORK SPORT TRAILER WITH KING TRAIL AMERICA TIRES, SIZE 205 75 D14. THE CONTACT STATED A PRIVATE MECHANIC CONFIRMED BOTH TIRES WERE CORRODED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE TIRES WERE REPLACED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
