CONSUMER RECEIVED RECALL 02V278000 CONCERNING BRAKES AND HAD TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS, HOWEVER, HE WAS STILL EXPERIENCING THE PROBLEM. THIS WAS THE THIRD TIME. THE CONSUMER HAD GONE THROUGH THE LEMON LAW PROCEDURES. ALSO. THE BRAKE WOULD SEIZE, START TO SMOKE, AND SMELL. THE ABS LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE DASHBOARD.
