Purchased vehicle 6-23 from MB West Chester pa. Feb 3-24 I was parked in a lot once I tried to enter the car I was locked out of the vehicle completely 2270 miles on it. I tried to use the key no avail. I had to contact Mercedes to have my car towed to the shop. Once arrived the damage signal came on. I was told taking the car off the tow truck sometimes makes that signal come on. I never understood. Rep stated it was the battery that died. Which the tow truck guy stated it had to be electrical.
