TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1977 MERCEDES-BENZ 450SLC (NA). WHILE THE CONTACT WAS ARRIVING HOME, HE HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE SUBFRAME HAD DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE AND THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WHEEL HAD SHIFTED INWARD. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 76V179000 (STRUCTURE); HOWEVER, THE PARTS TO DO THE REPAIR WERE UNAVAILABLE.
