TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 SEA ARK MNB BOAT TRAILER (NA), SERIAL NUMBER 19BEH13187CB700041. THE VEHICLE HAS CARLISLE USA TRAIL LRF TIRES, SIZE 20.5/8.0-10. THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED A HIGH SPEED TIRE BLOW OUT WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH. BOTH THE BOAT AND THE TRAILER WERE DAMAGED, BUT THERE WERE NO INJURIES. TREAD SEPARATION WAS THE CAUSE OF THE BLOW OUT. THE CONTACT CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AT CARLISLE TIRE AND WHEEL AND FILED A CLAIM; HOWEVER, IT WAS DENIED. THE DOT NUMBER WAS UNKNOWN BECAUSE CARLISLE TIRE AND WHEEL WILL NOT RETURN THE TIRE. THE VI…
