TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 LEXUS GX 470. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 20-25 MPH WHEN HE NOTICED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEATS SEEMED TO MOVE BACKWARD AND FORWARD. SUDDENLY BOTH SEAT BOLTS LOOSENED WITHOUT WARNING. HE PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD BUT THEN RESUMED DRIVING WITH CAUTION. THE CONTACT WAS BEING INSPECTED AT AN AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 9,000. UPDATED 5/10/10 *CN UPDATED 09/23/10
