TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 LARK UNITED VT508SA TRAILER BEING HAULED BY A 2014 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE OF THE TRAILER STARTED TO COME OUT OF THE AXLE WITHOUT WARNING. THE TRAILER WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED THE REPLACEMENT PART FOR THE DEFECTIVE AXLE. THE TRAILER WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE TRAILER FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 250.
