TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BRITAX E9L57-BOULEVARD CHILD SEAT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHILD SEAT JERKED FORWARD AND FELL TO THE RIGHT. SHE STATED THAT THE STRAP, WHICH WAS USED TO SECURE THE CHILD SEAT, ENDED UP OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE UNDERNEATH THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR TIRE. SHE FELT THAT THE STRAP WAS TOO LONG. AS OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2007, THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT INSPECTED THE SEAT. THE MANUFACTURED DATE AND FAILURE TYPE WERE UNKNOWN. *UPDATED 12/12/07 *BF UPDATED 12/12/07 *TR

LAND ROVER'S RANGE ROVER SPORT SUPERCHARGED WAS DESIGNED WITH A HYDRAULIC SUSPSENSION SYSTEM THAT BREAKS DOWN AFTER OR AROUND JUST 1000 MILES. AFTER A CUSTOMER HAS PURCHASED A NEW SPORT FROM LAND ROVER, LAND ROVER IS STIFFING ALL OF IT'S CUSTOMERS WITH THESE CARS AND CALLING THE KNOCKING AND CLUNKING "NORMAL". THIS IS TOTALLY AND UTTERLY OFFENSIVE, I HAVE ALREADY LEMON LAWED MY FIRST 2006 SPORT. OUT OF GOOD WILL AND APPRECIATION FOR THE BRAND, I PURCHASED A 2007 SPORT SUPERCHARGED THE VERY SAME DAY I TURNED IN MY 2006 IN HOPES THAT THEY HAD…

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT. THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED WHEN THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SEATED LOWER ON THE FRONT AND REAR DRIVER'S SIDE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS TOLD A FAILURE OCCURRED WITHIN THE AIR SUSPENSION SYSTEM. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE AUTHORIZED DEALER A TOTAL OF 5 TIMES WHERE VARIOUS REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED ON THE SUSPENSION SYSTEM. THE FAILURE CONTINUES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 21,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 24,000.
