THE VEHICLE CAME EQUIPPED WITH A CARBON DIOXIDE ALERT SYSTEM, WHICH FAILED. THIS COULD HAVE RESULTED IN SERIOUS INJURIES OR DEATH, IF THE VEHICLE WAS OCCUPIED AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE. SERIAL #140743. *JB THE CONSUMER ACCIDENTLY LEFT THE STOVE TOP BURNER ON FOR ALMOST 24 HRS AND THE CAMPER HAD BEEN FILLED WITH PROPANE GAS AND THE DETECTOR DIDN'T SOUND THE ALARM.
