Owner report 10593862 · 2014-05-24 (May 24, 2014)

DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE I OPENED THE LID TO THE AIRBOX AND FOUND THE INSIDE OF THE AIRBOX AND THE VELOCITY STACKS INTO THE THROTTLE BODIES COVERED WITH A LIGHT FILM OF DUST. THE AIR FILTER IS NOT WORKING OR THE AIRBOX IS NOT SEALING PROPERLY. THIS AMOUNT OF DUST IN MY AIRBOX IS THE RESULT OF ONLY ABOUT 200 MILES ON NOT VERY DUSTY DIRT ROADS IN MENDOCINO NATIONAL FOREST ONE WEEKEND. I HAVE SEVERAL PICTURES OF THE AIRBOX AS WELL AS SUGGESTED FIXES. *TR
