SHE HAD MADE SEVERAL CIRCUITS AROUND THE PERIMETER OF OUR YARD AND DOWN OUR BLACKTOP DRIVEWAY WHEN THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED. THE MACHINE PITCHED FORWARD AND THE RIGHT FRONT AXLE IMPACTED THE PAVEMENT. SINCE THIS TURN WAS BEING EXECUTED AT A SLOW ROLLING IDLE, SHE WAS ABLE TO KEEP THE MACHINE FROM ROLLING BY PLACING HER FEET ON THE GROUND…

ON WWW.ROKETA.COM, THE COMPANY THAT SELLS MC-13-250, CLAIMS THE SCOOTER WILL DO A MAX SPEED OF 68.4 MPH, WHICH THUS SHOULD REQUIRE A RATING OF K, WHICH IS FOR 68 MPH VEHICLES. THE TIRE HAS THE CHANCE TO BLOWOUT, IF IT GOES THE SPEED THE MANUFACTURER CLAIMS. WWW.SCOOTDAWGFORUM.COM HAS PEOPLE ON THIS SITE, CLAIMING TO DO 80 TO 85 MPH ON THESE SCOOTE…
