Owner report 11469584 ยท 2022-06-16 (June 16, 2022)
Trailer leaf spring shackles were not installed properly at the factory. Made dealer aware of the situation and they have repaired the shackles by cutting them off and re-welding them to their proper position. My concern is they have a whole fleet of these trailers on their lot with the same problem. This causes the bed of the trailer to almost set on the axle with no load. This can cause the bed of the trailer to set on the axle and impinge on the wheels causing a blowout.
