The contact owns a 2025 Keystone Raptor RV. The contact stated that while driving approximately 50 MPH, the rear passenger’s side top 14-foot awning suddenly detached from the RV, landing on the side of the road. The RV was not taken to the dealer. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The manufacturer provided a new awning and an installer to install the replacement awning. The awning was replaced, and it was determined that the original awning had not been installed correctly. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.

25V383000 · Fuel System, Other:Delivery:Hoses, Lines/Piping, And Fittings | Equipment:Electrical:Accessory Generator

Reported: 2025-06-23 (June 23, 2025)

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Fuzion and Raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The generator's fuel and vapor hoses may have been reversed during installation.

Consequence: Incorrectly connected hoses can feed fuel into the incorrect side of the carburetor, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will correct the hose placement, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 1, 2025. Owners may contact 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-471.

25V384000 · Structure:Body:Step/Ladder | Latches/Locks/Linkages

Reported: 2025-06-23 (June 23, 2025)

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Carbon, Fuzion, and Raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The rear gate pins and/or leg support bracket may be missing, allowing the gate to shift during operation.

Consequence: A rear gate that shifts or patio stairs that becomes unstable increase the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will install the gate pins and/or leg support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 4, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-470.

26V026000 · Equipment:Recreational Vehicle/Trailer | Structure:Body:Door

Reported: 2026-01-21 (January 21, 2026)

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Fuzion, Raptor, Redwood, and 2024-2026 Voltage travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.

Consequence: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 4, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-478. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 13, 2026.
