I RECENTLY TOOK THE THE RV TO A LOCAL REPAIR FACILITY WITH AN ISSUE WITH THE OEM SUPPLIED TRAILER-AIR TRI-GLIDE FIFTH WHEEL HITCH/KING PIN ASSEMBLY. THE KING PIN IS CLEARLY MARKED AS A 21,000 LBS. GVW RATED HITCH AND A LIPPERT (LCI) PART NUMBER OF 194170 . WHEN REPAIR FACILITY ATTEMPTED TO ORDER THE REPLACEMENT KING PIN ASSEMBLY USING THE PART NUMBER ABOVE, LCI INFORMED THEM THAT THE PART NUMBER ON THE CURRENT KING PIN ASSEMBLY IS ONLY RATED AT 18,000 LBS. PIN BOX BUILT BY LIPPERT HAS FAILED, LABELED AS 21K LB PIN BOX. TRAILAIR TRIGLIDE HAS FAILED, BOTTOM PLATE (PIN) WHERE ROLLERS ALLOW PLATE TO SLIDE HAS BROKEN WELDS. CURRENTLY IN TO BE REPLACED. WHEN CALLED TO FIND REPLACEMENT PART, LIPPERT CROSS REFERENCED REPLACEMENT AS AN 18K LB PIN BOX. PIN BOXES ARE MISLABELED FOR WEIGHT RATING. THIS SUPPOSED 18K LB PIN BOX (ACTUALLY LABELED AS 21K LB) HAS BEEN OVERLOADED (UNBEKNOWNST TO ME) FOR NEARLY 18 MONTHS, A FAILURE LIKE THIS COULD CAUSE A MAJOR ACCIDENT WHILE TOWING OR EVEN DEATH. Lower part of trailair tri flex pin box was about to fail. If lower flex part of pin box failed trailer would have separated for connection to fifth wheel hitch on truck. Two of the three pins that connect the kingpin to the rest of the assembly had failed and separated. One pin was holding king pin to assembly

Reported: 2014-03-21 (March 21, 2014)
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 Montana, 2014 Alpine, Big Sky, and Fuzion, and 2014 Dutchmen Infinity and Voltage fifth wheel trailers equipped with Frigidaire KG series microwaves, models CFMV152CLB and CFMV154CLS, manufactured January 27, 2013, through April 10, 2013, in the serial number range KG30607951 through KG31600670. In the affected vehicles, the microwave may start on its own and begin heating when unattended.
Consequence: If the microwave starts on its own and there are contents inside, a fire could result.
Remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will repair the membrane/keypad component, free of charge. The recall began on April 30, 2014. Owners may contact Keystone Customer Service by calling 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 14-204.
