WHEN APPLYING CONSTANT THROTTLE IN THE 10,000 RPM RANGE THERE IS INCONSTANT POWER DELIVERY. THIS CAUSES THE MOTORCYCLE PHYSICALLY SURGE FORWARD AND FALL BACK AS THE POWER LEVEL CHANGES EVEN THOUGH THE THROTTLE APPLICATION HAS REMAINED CONSTANT. UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS SUCH AS ROAD SURFACE OR LEAN ANGLE IN A TURN THIS ISSUE CAUSES THE MOTORCYCLE TO BECOME EXTREMELY UNSTABLE. I PERSONALLY HAVE EXPERIENCED NEAR CRASHES SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE BOTH ON PUBLIC ROADS AND ON CLOSED COURSES. I AM ABLE TO REPRODUCE THIS ISSUE CONSISTENTLY…
