Owner report 10482644 · 2012-10-30 (October 30, 2012)
AS I WAS RIDING IN TO THE HARVEY TUNNEL AND HEARD A CRACK TYPE NOISE THEN ALL A SUDDEN SMOKE APPEARED EVERY WHERE. THE REAR TIRE WAS RUBBING UNDER THE SUBFRAME, SLOWING THE BIKE DOWN. I WAS ABLE TO DRAG THE BIKE OFF THE ROAD. LOOK UNDER THE MOTORCYCLE AND THE REAR SUSPENSION HAD COLLAPSED AND THE CROSSMEMBER SEPARATED FROM THE FRAME, ALL I CAN SEE IS THE SHOCK MOUNT HANGING OFF OF THE FRAME ON THE MOTORCYCLE. GOD WAS ON MY SIDE! THIS PROBLEM COULD HAVE POSSIBLY CAUSED A FATAL ACCIDENT. *TR
